Kru Lee at the TKMT gym

Your Trainer: Kru Lee

Kru Lee is a lifelong martial artist and fitness coach with 37+ years of training and 23 years of teaching. Starting martial arts at age nine, he competed in Sanshou and kickboxing across Europe and the Middle East before injuries led him to focus on coaching.

His expertise spans Muay Thai, Muay Boran, boxing, kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, and Wushu. Lee blends traditional martial arts with modern, evidence-based fitness and nutrition to deliver results that last.

Having overcome multiple injuries himself, he brings not just technical skill but real-world insight into long-term health and performance. His approach helps clients build strong foundations, sharpen their skills, and thrive at every level.
